Our Team Members

Heatherdale Tennis Club in association with Michael Rodda’s Lifestyle Strength and Conditioning is proud to announce the introduction of a one hour program that will be extremely beneficial in the possible reduction of childhood sporting injuries.

Whether you are a junior coach or a parent that helps coach your own child, this program can help you identify potential problems and in turn teach you how to make changes in your training to correct them.

This is being offered as a free program as both Michael and the Heatherdale Tennis club feel passionate about injury prevention and keeping kids in sport into their adult years.

This program will run on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 7:15-8:15pm at the Heatherdale Tennis Club.  Bookings are essential.
